आवेदन पत्र ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन दोनों माध्यमों से भरा जा सकता है। ऑफलाइन आवेदन पत्र महाविद्यालय कार्यालय से ₹200 में प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।
आवेदन पत्र को काले या नीले बॉल पेन से स्पष्ट रूप से भरकर महाविद्यालय कार्यालय में 30 जून तक जमा करें। 30 जून के बाद प्राप्त आवेदन पत्रों पर विचार दूसरी सूची में (सीट उपलब्ध होने पर) किया जाएगा। डाक द्वारा भेजे गए आवेदन पत्रों की प्राप्ति महाविद्यालय की जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।
आवेदन पत्र के साथ कोई प्रमाण पत्र या अंक पत्र की छाया प्रति संलग्न न करें। केवल पूर्ण रूप से भरा हुआ आवेदन पत्र जमा करें। चयनित होने पर, साक्षात्कार के समय तीन पासपोर्ट आकार की फोटो, सभी मूल प्रमाण पत्रों की छाया प्रति, स्थानांतरण प्रमाण पत्र, माइग्रेशन प्रमाण पत्र, चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र, आधार कार्ड और शुल्क साथ लाएं।
आवेदन पत्र में कोर्स और विषयों का चयन सोच-समझकर करें, क्योंकि प्रवेश के बाद विषयों में परिवर्तन संभव नहीं होगा।
साक्षात्कार के दौरान, वर्ग और विषय चयन के लिए सुझाव दिए जाएंगे। यदि आप स्वयं विषय चयन करने में असमर्थ हैं, तो आवेदन पत्र में विषय चयन न भरें।
साक्षात्कार में उम्मीदवारों का मूल्यांकन इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षा के अंकों के आधार पर किया जाएगा। श्रेष्ठता सूची में नाम होने का मतलब प्रवेश की सुनिश्चितता नहीं है।
इंटरमीडिएट व्यावसायिक वर्ग से उत्तीर्ण उम्मीदवारों की श्रेष्ठता सूची सैद्धांतिक विषयों के अंकों के आधार पर बनाई जाएगी; प्रायोगिक अंकों को शामिल नहीं किया जाएगा।
एक संकाय में आवेदन करने के बाद, किसी भी परिस्थिति में संकाय परिवर्तन संभव नहीं होगा। यदि आप कई संकायों में आवेदन करना चाहते हैं, तो प्रत्येक के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन पत्र भरें।
वे उम्मीदवार जो इंटरमीडिएट में भूगोल विषय पढ़े हैं या विज्ञान/कृषि से उत्तीर्ण हैं, वे भूगोल विषय का चयन कर सकते हैं।
परास्नातक (कला/विज्ञान/वाणिज्य) प्रथम सेमेस्टर में प्रवेश के लिए, संबंधित विषय में स्नातक स्तर पर अध्ययन करना अनिवार्य है।
परास्नातक प्रथम सेमेस्टर में प्रवेश के लिए, स्नातक में कम से कम 40% अंक होना आवश्यक है।
बीसीए पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश के लिए, इंटरमीडिएट में कम से कम 40% अंक होना आवश्यक है।
सभी संकायों में आरक्षण सरकारी और विश्वविद्यालय नियमों के अनुसार होगा। महाविद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति द्वारा निर्धारित आरक्षण भी लागू होंगे।
श्रेष्ठता सूची 5 जुलाई को महाविद्यालय के सूचना पत्र, वेबसाइट और व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप पर प्रकाशित की जाएगी। प्रवेश प्रक्रिया जुलाई से प्रारंभ होगी।
प्रथम श्रेष्ठता सूची में शामिल उम्मीदवारों को निर्धारित तिथि पर साक्षात्कार के लिए उपस्थित होना आवश्यक है।
साक्षात्कार के बाद, चयनित उम्मीदवारों को उसी दिन प्रवेश शुल्क जमा करना होगा; अन्यथा, प्रवेश निरस्त माना जाएगा।
कोई भी संस्थागत विद्यार्थी संबंधित सत्र के प्रवेश से लेकर परीक्षा की अंतिम तिथि तक ही महाविद्यालय का विद्यार्थी माना जाएगा।
किसी भी पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश के लिए लिया गया शुल्क किसी अन्य पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश के लिए न तो समायोजित होगा और न ही वापस होगा। प्रत्येक छात्र/छात्रा को उसके द्वारा जमा की गयी धनराशि को रसीद दी जायेगी।
विवणिका तथा नियमावली में आकस्मिक संशोधन तथा परिवर्तन का अधिकार महाविद्यालय के पास सुरक्षित है।
ऑनलाइन माध्यम से प्रवेश हेतु आवेदन करने वाले सभी अभ्यर्थियों को 11 जुलाई से प्रवेश समिति के समक्ष प्रस्तुत होना होगा। प्रवेश के समय उन्हें परिचय पत्र, पुस्तकालय कार्ड, समय सारणी एवं चरित्र पंजिका प्रवेश स्वांकृक्ति के बाद प्रदान की जायेगी।
The admission application form can be filled both online and offline. Offline forms are available at the college office for ₹200 during working days.
Complete the application form using black or blue ballpoint pen and submit it to the college office by June 30. Applications received after this date will be considered in the second list (subject to seat availability). Applications can also be sent by post; however, the college is not responsible for forms lost in transit.
Do not attach any certificates or mark sheets with the application form. Only submit the completed application form. If shortlisted, bring three photographs, original and photocopies of all certificates/mark sheets, transfer certificate, migration certificate, character certificate, Aadhaar card, and complete fee at the time of the interview.
Fill the application form carefully regarding course/subject selection. Once admitted, changes in subjects will not be entertained.
During the interview, guidance will be provided for course and subject selection. If uncertain, leave the section blank in the application form.
Selection will be based on the interview. Candidates will be called for interviews in order of merit based on their intermediate exam marks. Inclusion in the merit list does not guarantee admission.
For candidates with vocational qualifications, merit will be determined based on theoretical subject marks, excluding practicals. U.P. Board and Central Board marks may be standardized for comparison.
Once registered in a faculty, transfer to another faculty is not permitted. Separate applications are required for admission to multiple faculties.
Candidates who studied Geography in intermediate or passed with Science or Agriculture stream are eligible to select Geography as a subject.
For admission to a postgraduate subject, it must have been studied at the undergraduate level.
A minimum of 40% marks at the undergraduate level is required for admission to postgraduate courses.
A minimum of 40% marks in intermediate are required for admission to the BCA course.
Reservations will be as per government and university norms. Additional reservations decided by the management committee will also apply.
The first merit list will be published on July 5 on the college notice board, website, and WhatsApp groups. Admissions will commence from July 10.
Shortlisted candidates must attend the interview on the specified date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the admission offer.
Selected candidates must submit the admission fee on the same day as the interview; otherwise, the admission offer will be canceled.
A student is considered part of the institution from admission until the final examination of the academic session.
Fees paid for one course are neither transferable to another course nor refundable. A receipt will be provided for all fee payments.
The college reserves the right to make sudden amendments or changes to the prospectus and rules.
Applicants choosing the online application method must appear before the admission committee from July 11. Post-admission, they will receive an identity card, library card, timetable, and character register after completing the admission process.
